Manage Your Server's Power with Confidence.

The Power tab provides essential controls for managing your server's operational state. It offers two primary actions: a graceful shutdown and an immediate power cycle. The shutdown process is designed to be safe, preserving the datacenter's data, IP, and resources, though billing continues. For emergency situations where the server is unresponsive, the power cycle option performs a hard reset.

The Power tab provides two critical server management functions:

Graceful Shutdown

Safely turn off your datacenter. The system first attempts a graceful shutdown. Even when off, your data, IP address, and reserved resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) are retained. An important notice clarifies that billing continues for turned-off datacenters.

Power Cycle (Hard Reset)

For situations where a graceful shutdown is not possible, this option performs an immediate hard reset of the server. This is an emergency measure to force a restart of an unresponsive instance.
