1. Service disruption: Customers may be eligible for a refund if they experience a service disruption that lasts longer than a predefined threshold (e.g., more than 4 hours of continuous downtime) and is not due to scheduled maintenance or external factors beyond Xuda's control.

2. Failure to meet SLAs: If Xuda fails to meet its Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding uptime, performance, or response times for technical support, customers may be eligible for a refund or service credit proportionate to the impact of the issue.

3. Billing errors: Customers may request a refund if they identify an error in their billing statement, such as being charged for services they did not use or being billed at an incorrect rate. Refund requests for billing errors must be submitted within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days from the billing date).

4. Unsatisfactory performance: If a customer experiences consistently poor performance of the computing services provided by Xuda, they may be eligible for a refund, provided they have reported the issue to Xuda's support team and given Xuda a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.

5. Cancellation within a trial period: If Xuda offers a trial period for its computing services, customers who cancel their subscription within the trial period may be eligible for a full refund, provided they have not exceeded any usage limits specified in the trial terms.

6. Refund request window: Customers must submit their refund requests within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days) from the occurrence of the issue that justifies the refund claim.
