Manage your Cron Job server’s power state safely.
The Power tab provides administrators with control over the server state of a Cron Job deployment. You can perform a graceful shutdown to stop services cleanly, or use a forced shutdown if necessary, which carries a risk of data corruption. Even when turned off, IP address, disk, CPU, and RAM allocations remain reserved, and billing continues until the deployment is destroyed. The Power Cycle option allows you to hard reset the server when standard shutdown methods are not effective.
Power Management
Safely shut down or reset your Cron Job deployment with options designed for stability and control.
Graceful Shutdown
Stop your Cron Job deployment safely, preserving data integrity and system state.
Forced Shutdown
If a graceful shutdown fails, perform a forced shutdown (risking possible data corruption).
Resource Retention
Even when powered off, the deployment retains its IP address, disk, CPU, and RAM reservations.
Billing Continuity
Billing continues for powered-off deployments until they are destroyed.
Power Cycle
Immediately hard reset the server when standard shutdown controls are unavailable.
