Even when powered off, IP addresses, disk data, CPU, and RAM remain reserved, and data transfer allowances continue to accrue. For immediate recovery, the Power Cycle option performs a hard reset of the server, recommended only when other shutdown methods are unavailable. Clear billing notices ensure transparency regarding charges for powered-off groups.
